Outrageous Turbocharged Harley Street Tracker / Street Fighter or... whatever...

Sure it's a big corporate sponsored show bike (which I usually don't go in for) but the creative routing of the exhaust straight off the turbocharger is just too freaking cool.

The first is from Richard E Jones who is also the owner of the excellent Motokafe Blog.  Very nice site. Be sure and check him out.  He sends in a stylish pic of the "business end" of his sweet 2010 Ducati  Hypermotard.

Josh sends in his... "1985 Moto Guzzi Le Mans 1000 IV, it'll be taking me to France, Switzerland and Italy this summer, can't wait.
All original with 40mm Del'Orto carbs and La Franconi exhausts, which give the deepest roar at idle and sound even better on the road."

It's my understanding from reading some translated pages that there were only 13 of this French made racing model ever built. I'm searching in vain for a definitive site on this brand. Any help along these lines that I could pas along to my readers would be very much appreciated!

My Sonic Weld, hard tail, Brakeless, DT1 250 Yamaha all ready for the new AMA Vintage Flat Track season opener at the Daytona Motor Speedways new short track on Feb 28th. If you are down there for bike week. Make sure you stop by! Seeing all these old flat trackers out on the track will be worth the trip. Racing starts at 11:00am on Sunday. Followed by an awesome amateur flat track program.

Sam has built so shared so many interesting bikes with me that he has his own search term over in the cloud.  do yourself a favor and check out some of his other excellent builds.  His 2-stroke bikes are legendary.  you can see more of his stuff over on my 2 Stoke Biker Blog.  I havn't heard from him in a while and I fugured he'd been up to something special and as usual he doesn't disappoint.

Well,although I've been involved with several non-motorcycle related activities,I did manage to finish the RE500(just yesterday!!).The basis for this 60's theme street scrambler was a new,dealer leftover '07 Bullet my wife located in Ohio late in '08.
